  We offer urgent care services at our office: Care Levels 1,2,&3 (see below), with the addition of more complex care at the discretion of our provider. 

Appointments are recommended, but we also accept walk-in patients. Need to be seen before or afterwork or on the weekend? Give us a call and we’ll do our best to work with your schedule.

  •  Burn (mild)   (Includes burn dressing and topical cream if needed)
  •  Sprain or strain   (Includes wrap)
  •  Strep Throat   (Includes throat swab)

Care Level 3

  •  Eye Foreign Object Abrasion Evaluation
  •  Ear Wax Removal
  •  Nosebleed
  •  Simple Foreign Object Removal from the Ear, Eye, Nose, or Skin (e.g. splinter, glass, metal, etc.) 
  •  Simple Laceration Suturing (stitches)

Care Level 4

  • Abscess Incision and Drainage
  • Complex Sutures
  • Complex Wound Care
  • Fiberglass Splinting
  • Toenail Excision

Care Membership

   A Care Membership allows Lawrence Community Care to offer services directly to their patients in exchange for an affordable monthly fee. It allows patients access to great services and great care without paying additional fees. We build even more value into our memberships by offering our in-house pharmacy and lab work both at wholesale prices. Register Now!

Great Service:

  • Unlimited visits throughout the year
  • Visits average 45 minutes
  • Talk, text, message directly with your provider
  • Choose from in-person or telehealth visits
  • Same day or next business day for urgent care needs
  • Pay one low monthly fee automatically for less stress

Great Care:

  • Includes all care from “TeleHealth” & “Care Level’s” 1, 2 & 3 (see below)
  • Includes basic in-house labs: diabetic testing, random blood glucose, rapid strep test, urine analysis
  • Additional labs at wholesale prices
  • Access to our in-house pharmacy

TeleHealth

Our TeleHealth services are available to those within the entire state of Michigan. 

This is a convenient and cost-effective alternative for getting your health issues addressed right from your telephone or computer.
Not every issue can be resolved this way, but here is a list of common concerns that can be:

House Calls

We realize that sometimes, being seen in the comfort and privacy of your own home during an illness is best. House Calls may be provided on a case-by-case basis at at the discretion of the provider.

Can’t leave work? We may be able to see you there, as long as there is a private and safe area that we can use to address your health needs.

What’s included? Our House Call prices include travel within our main service area, your medical visit, and prescription(s) sent to the pharmacy of your choosing. See our Care Level pricing for more details.

Lawrence Community Care is focused on OUR community. Our main service area is the "Tri-rural" areas of Lawrence, Bangor, and Hartford.

At the provider's discretion, we will travel outside of this range for an additional fee. Contact us for specific pricing.
